OUR AUTO REPAIR WARRANTY

At Carriage House Automotive we take pride in the work that we do and we stand behind it. That is why we offer a 24 month 24,000-mile warranty on most general auto repairs on most vehicles.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

Roadside assistance is available to all our clients who have spent $25.00 or more on parts or services with us. It will cover 2 occurrences during a 365 day period and will reimburse up to $75.00 per occurrence.

As a family-owned and operated business we believe in giving you the best service we possibly can and we back it up with our warranty. If you have any problems with a repair we have performed please let us know so we can take care of it for you!

THE NUMBER TO CALL IF YOU ARE OUT OF THE AREA

If you are traveling outside of the Frederick area call: 866-588-0728, prior to any warranty repair. Monday– Friday 8:00 am until 8:00 pm. Saturdays from 8:00– 5:30. This will put you in touch with a warranty administrator who will direct you to the nearest participating service center location.

Our warranty not only covers you while you are in Frederick but also if you are traveling outside the area and have a problem you will be covered at any approved TECHNET facility.

WHAT TO DO FOR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

• Emergency Fuel Delivery.
• Lock Out Aid.
• Flat Tire Assistance.
